Home Improvement Project Manager

At WeatherPro Exteriors, we go above and beyond to provide Southeastern Wisconsin with the best home exterior products and services possible. We’re looking for a qualified candidate who is highly adaptive and well-acquainted with the intricacies of exterior remodeling, home improvement, and construction details.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure quality workmanship selections
• Collect pertinent paperwork, material procurement, and permitting as needed
• Adhere to program and installation guidelines, industry standards, codes, and best practices
• Participate in job reviews and monitor “pipeline” movement
• Manage and negotiate with vendors to ensure maximum revenue
• Continuously monitor the development of key clients and activity
• Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards
• Build and maintain business relationships with all team members
• Manage project life cycle including project scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relationships while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
• Establish and adhere to project schedules
• Verify job progress or completion with the crews and the customers at the close of each day
• Collect all necessary documentation and funds at the close of the job

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with residential or commercial construction/exterior home improvement: minimum of 2 years (required)
• Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and building codes
• Well-developed professional ethics
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for applying personal talents
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
