WeatherPro Exteriors has an awesome customer service team in Jerome Nichols and Ianm Davies. Jerome immediately responded to our request for contact and quote. He was friendly, answered all our questions and followed up right away. Ianm came out to our home to discuss our project. My husband and I were very impressed with Ianm's professionalism and knowledge of WeatherPro and their products. He understood the specifics and details of the scope of our project and provided us with an easy to read and understandable written quote with alternatives. We will definitely think of WeatherPro first for our next project. WeatherPro should be proud to have both Jerome Nichols and Ianm Davies on their team.

Exterior Weather Pro did an amazing job on our garage! We went from having the ugliest garage on the block to the most beautiful one in just a single day. Yes, one day! The team replaced all of our siding and installed a new side door — it looks absolutely fabulous. AJ was our project manager, and he knew exactly what was needed to make the improvements I envisioned. He got the job done efficiently and made sure to listen carefully to my ideas for the remodel. I really appreciated that he came back after completion to ensure I was fully satisfied. AJ provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Robin, who handled our scheduling, was also a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, letting us know well in advance when materials would be delivered and work would be completed. I appreciated her timely updates and how quickly she responded to my texts — every time! Rosario was one of the many amazing installers who helped complete our project. He was highly skilled, friendly, and took the time to explain what was being done. I would highly recommend Rosario and all of the Exterior Weather Pro crew. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am beyond happy with how our garage turned out. Thank you, Exterior Weather Pro, for a job beautifully done!

Weatherproof did an excellent job on our house roof and gutters. We were so pleased with the neatness and speed of work completed. We had them come back and do siding and gutters our backyard garage. They did an amazing job. DJ (Donald) came back after a year to follow up on work done. We had another small job he is quoting on. WeatherPro pricing was the best price and the quality of work was exceptional.

We had our bow window replaced with a bay window. It looks great. I cannot say enough good things about the guys on the project. They were all kind, clean and efficient. Luke, Beto, Rosario were the install team. Rick was the project manager to make sure everything went smoothly and was very good with communication. Dave did our measurements before the install.Highly recommend Weather pro for your windows. We did have several quotes before choosing Weather pro. We felt the most comfortable with this company. Nate and the WeatherPro team were excellent to work with! We needed cedar shake and vents replaced and repaired. Also, we had window frames wrapped to avoid future maintenance. From the start, the scope of the project was clear, their expertise was evident, and the communication was consistently outstanding. The team really worked hard, quickly, and cleaned-up each day. Also, the pricing was competitive. From the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was both friendly and respectful. This matters a great deal to me. I co-own our home with my husband and frequently I am the "project manager." Often, contractors don't want to work with "just me" on the onset of a project. Frankly, this is there loss. They don't get hired. I understand the rationale to a degree, as sometimes home owners don't agree causing issues for a contractor. However, the division of labor in our house is our business. It was refreshing to work with the WeatherPro team as this was an issue-free project. I offer my highest recommendation without hesitation!

WeatherPro just completed a partial window replacement and full siding replacement project on our home and second garage. The result is beautiful! The new siding gives our home dimension and the color is perfect. The Hover App and software made the project come to life even before actual work started. The siding and window crews were competent, respectful and responsive to any question or concern that arose during our project. Thanks much!!

Just got our roof done by WeatherPro a couple weeks ago. The photos don't do much justice of how beautifully the roof actually looks which also matches the rocks on our front yard perfectly. However, the most important thing in this entire experience was the professionalism and courtesy that the team provided. As soon I made the first call, WeatherPro got the ball rolling immediately. Our sales rep, Ianm, was attentive and left no questions unanswered and was extremely thorough in his initial walk-through. Anytime I would reach out, he would respond immediately to assure that we were taken care of. The remeasurement by Dave was quick and thorough and he went over a few items that I would need to take care of prior to the team coming out, which made it easy on everyone involved. The dumpster and supplier delivered exactly when they said they would and picked up everything when the work was completed. The onsite crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done within a day. I was amazed at how fast and professional they were. Our project manager, Jon Stevens, was on top of everything. He communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I knew everything that was happening. After the job was completed, I found some nails that were difficult to see because they were hidden in the rocks. All it took was a simple text and Jon had his people come by to thoroughly sweep the outside of my house immediately. I haven't seen a single nail since. We had a great experience with WeatherPro Exteriors and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a new roof. Well deserved 5 Stars!!

Where do I start? This company is top notch and professional from beginning to end. It all starts with Jason (sales coordinator) whom was very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on the quality of materials, their company structure, and how their installers are skilled professionals along with the office staff, (Taylor and April). He presented all accreditations and certificate of insurance with material brochures and samples. They were professional, polite, fast, and highly skilled. If you want to work with a good honest contractor, Roland and Weather-Pro is the one to go with.

They were on schedule through the entire process. Their workers were courteous and took care of my home like it was their own, they cleaned up each and every everyday , their craftsmanship was second to none. I was very impressed with how professional the entire workforce was. Everyone from sales to installation.. They did our roof in one day and gutterrs the next. Cleanup was great. The work was quality.

The best exterior work for the most affordable of prices. You can look for a long time and not find roofing/exterior contractors that come close to comparing!

They are responsive and willing to help out as quickly as possible even during the worst of the weather conditions. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for all my future exterior needs for the upkeep of my house.

This is my third experience with WeatherPro. They installed "Leaf Relief" gutter guards. The work was done promptly. The installers were efficient, neat, and respectful. Most important, communication with WeatherPro from getting the estimate for the work, through completion of the job was excellent.

April and other office staff very friendly - puts customer first. Excellent customer service! Very happy with the crew. Very courteous and quite; cleaned up very well.
